We are excited to open the salon this coming Friday, May 29, 2020. If we have not already reached out to you to confirm or reschedule your appointment please call the salon at 209.836.1020 or reach out directly to your stylist via social media if possible. With our re-opening we are following strict guidelines from the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology as well as local San Joaquin County guidelines. The safety of our staff and guests is of the upmost importance and know we are taking this very seriously. Furthermore, below please see policies we have put in place to reflect as such.
Wash & Sanitize
We will ask that all guests, as well as staff to wash their hands and sanitize personal belongings upon entering the salon. Sanitizer will be provided at the check in area.
Wear Masks at ALL Times
We will ask that all guests, as well as staff wear masks while in the salon. Masks MUST loop behind the ear to allow stylist to perform services.
Complimentary drinks and magazines will be off limits. Please come prepared with your own water bottle if needed.
Let Us Shop For You
We will grab all retain for you! The retail section is limited to 1 client at a time to keep with social distancing guidelines. Please let your Stylist know during your appointment if you need to stock up on anything.
To limit the number of people in the salon at one time, the waiting area has been removed. We ask you to please call the Salon at 209.836.1020 upon your arrival and wait in your car until your Stylist is ready for you.
During check-in, your temperature will be taken to help protect the safety of our team as well as all salon guests. We also reserve the right to take your temperature, 99 and below is required.
We will contain ourselves from wanting to give you a big hug or a handshake, but for now we’ll keep it to distance hugs and hellos! We also ask that you come alone to your appointment. No friends, family, or children allowed to help keep occupancy to a minimum at this time.
Keep it Simple
We ask that you please limit the personal belongings you bring into the salon with you, to your phone, keys and wallets only. Laptops, large bags and coats will not be allowed until further notice.
Payments will only be taken at the front desk. Please come prepared as we will want to make sure we expedite the checkout process.
We are limiting Stylists schedules to 50% capacity to accommodate our clients as well as keeping with social distancing guidelines. Work stations will be at least 6 feet apart. One sink will be used at a time. Stylists will break outdoors and keep off the salon floor when available.
The team will properly clean and disinfect all and high touch surfaces in between each service and regularly throughout the day. Tools and products will not be shared between clients.
Going Above & Beyond
All stylists are Barbicide certified and up to date in compliance with new COVID-19 regulations. Hand sanitizer will be ready available at the entrance of the salon as well at each work station.
